MINUTES OF THE REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING
The Regular Meeting of the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Assiginack was held in the Council Chambers on Tuesday, April 19, 2022 at 5:00 pm.

THAT we adjourn from our Regular Meeting and open a public meeting for the purpose of hearing comments on a proposed amendment to By-law # 80-20, the Comprehensive Zoning By-law of the Township of Assiginack, with Mayor Ham presiding in the Chair. CARRIED

THAT we support Resolution # 2022-10 of the Manitoulin Municipal Association requesting provincial funding to reimburse costs to subsidize the POA for current and past deficits. CARRIED

AND THAT we confirm our municipal Clean Up Week, the week of May 16th to the 21st with extended landfill site hours and a scheduled pick up of item service. CARRIED
